Kate Sheehy has been practicing bodywork for over 10 years. Her initial training combined the diploma program at Chicago School of Massage Therapy with studying Core Synchronism with Robert Stevens at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics. She then traveled to Thailand in 2005, where she received advance training in Thai Massage under Master teachers Pichest Boonthume and Asokananda. She continues to study with Christopher Ray and other colleagues, and ultimately finds her clients to be her most enlightening teachers. 

Kate is dedicated to listening to the needs of her clients, providing the best care possible within her scope of practice, and sharing resources and information to optimize one's well being.
